Hi, I'm Ross and I have been living in mexico for more than a year now and I'm looking to start a new busies. I own and operate a hostel that sleeps 28 and has been doing well. My only problem is coming from the north east to mexico there are no good beers here. That gave me the idea to start a brewery. The hostel goes through about 60 beers a day and would love to start selling my own. I have brewed before in college but I'm not that great at it. I'm looking for someone (brew master) that is looking for a life change to move down to mexico, to get this started or for long term. I have housing next to the ocean and can talk about pay. Puerto Escondido is a surfers paradise with amazing beaches, food and fun night life.
