I was just following the directions that came with my Brewers best Russian Imperial Stout kit it has been fermenting in the bucket for six days how much longer should I let it ferment for before I bottle it thanks all info is greatly appreciated Sent from my iPad using Home Brew

First time homebrewing i'm about to transfer from my primary fermentation bucket to my secondary fermentation carboy I just sanitized my siphon hose and carboy should I let every thing dry completely or is it fine to use Sent from my iPad using Home Brew
