I actually agree somewhat with Cdreid
however this is what I recomend doing. Find your local home brew shop. Get an airlock and a gasket fitted for that airlock and a package of winemaking yeast, I prefer EC-1119 but just pick one really.
Now go to the grocery store and pick up a gallon...
I have made a wine from welches white grape peach juice in the bottle. It fermented fast and I thought tasted pretty good, very light slightly sweet! Just the way I like it!
Roasted just pick up some green Star mints by Brach's.....they sell them here all year long. They are a spearmint type of hard candy and use the same weight as you would candy canes!

Just wondering what the potential ETOH is on this when the recipe is followed correctly? Roasted Oak what was your initial reading making the standard batch?
