Hiya all I'm looking to start a Apple cider from store bought 100% Apple juice. I'm wondering if I could improve this by adding other fruits, if so how do I add the other fruits?
I'm new to brewing and I've just ordered some LME, grains & hops.
I have a 2 us gallon kettle and will boil the grains, add the LME, then add the hops at the times needed, once done, I will put the boiling water in the fermentation bucket top up with water to the right temp and 23 litre mark and...
