it very well may have been water, im completely new to this i appologize its called a mash tin?

I hope this doesnt make me sound stupid, i saw a guy on youtube, who had poured the wort into a cooler with what looked like pvc pipe in the bottom and then he added hops, what is purpose does the cooler serve in thisd method, what is it called

ok, I bottled my first batch of pale ale beer yesterday, i primed all the bottles, and i went to check them today, and one of the bottles is extremely tight in one evening and the rest are still not fully carbonated kind of loose in the bottles, and there are no visible signs of bubbles coming...

i Started out/ am in the process of making the Mr. Beer West Coast pale ale, i never thought brewing could be so much fun, i think this is going to be a life long hobby of mine

i Recently brewed my first batch, it was extracts, actually a mr. beer kit just to see if i could possibly do this as a hobby, well i was bitten by the brewing bug, and i want to upgrade my equipment to a little more complex set-up any ideas on a good beginners?
