The recipe turned out to meet my expectations. I just want to know what things I can do to strengthen/weaken flavor and add flavor to these kitted beers

I'm brand new to home brewing and I've just finished my first 5 gallon batch of Kolsch (aging in bottles as we speak). I used a partial grain recipe kit first batch and it came out well! It will be a while before I make the jump to all-grain brewing but I still want to tweak recipes to make them...
