It was dark brown almost black. It tasted somewhat like saranac caramel porter and edmund fitzgerald from great lakes brewing. Anyway thanks for the reply
I just signed up for this site today. I am also new to using the net. Anyway I just completed brewing my first homebrew. What a rush! I used a stout kit from Edme called Wilddog Stout. But as this only made 3 gallons I added some amber malt extract to bring the brew to 5 gallons. We tasted last...
