Long story short...25psi for 10 days...oops. Have it in the fridge with relief valve open and off gas for one week. Still foamy as heck. Should I let it warm up? I don't like letting my beer warm up once its chilled... How long cold will it take to decarb?

Do i need it? Just got my gen 3 Robobrew...its missing the silicon gasket that goes on the malt screen on top...I'm told many don't even use the top screen.

These are a 2.5 gallon ball lock and two 3 gallon ball lock kegs. They may fit better in your existing fridge.

Okay, broke down and bought one. Here's my plan. Gonna clean it out of the box by pumping PBW and then IDOPHOR through it. Prior to use I'm going to pump boiling wort through it for 15 minutes prior to end of boil. Then run hot water from my sink (made an attachment) PBW and then IDOOHOR...

Time. It sounds like yeast is your issue...my opinion is that if its yeast 3 months in the keg might mellow it out.

Not using an enameled canning pot for a brew kettle are you? Sometimes they chip and it can rust if the metal is exposed.

I'm a big believer in low and slow when it comes to carbonating in a keg. Put it on about 10 psi for 2-4 weeks.
