My name is Todd, and I've been brewing since 2008.
I'm more of an against-the-masses type of brewer; in the sense that I try to formulate my own way of brewing, as opposed to blindly following what others have done. Some of it has worked remarkably well, other things haven't. I do realize that there are a LOT of other people out there who have WAY more experience than me at this, but I like to try things out for my own.. After all, brewing IS half science and half art, right?
