Home Brewing Biography

Well, I've successfully dabbled into simple wine brewing, but I'm hoping to branch out someday soon, try making new stuff the best I can with the redneck, DIY sorta set-up I've got going lol. I don't even have a hygrometer (or hydrometer), whatever the thing's called you use to check specific gravity when yeast munches up the sugars, me? I just wait till' the burper stops burpin' ... On a serious note, I am hoping to grow into this new fangled hobby of mine, that could possibly become a profession, and I figure that the internet's a better place than others when it comes down to trying new stuff, using less conventional (adequate) equipment perhaps, but keeping everything sealed up, sterile, and getting a stellar brew going anyhow. I appreciate your attention if you've read this far.

Future Brews

Beer, the heavier stuff, like a lager, porter, or perhaps a stout. Don't really know what I'd need to make somethin' of that matter yet, but it's why I picked a forum to stick by. Lots of experienced brewers here I'm sure.
