I love to cook, specially baking. I make my own bread from sourdough and have for many years. I made my own sourdough starter and have kept this line active for more than 8 years. I have created a lot of my own recipes for everything from Apple Pie to Zucchini Bread.

I watch very little television and even fewer movies, prefer to spend time in my wood shop making furniture. Camping, Trout Fishing, Archery, and making beer and reading about beer and studying beer and drinking beer.

I seek not a hobby to fill my time; I seek a passion to fill my life!
