    WLP013 London Ale Yeast

Mash temp was at 148 degrees. I just thought the ale yeast couldn't work their magic at such low temperatures.

    WLP013 London Ale Yeast

This is a crazy question I know. I brewed an east coast IPA. OG at 1.070 - FG at 1.021 after 7 days. Cold crashed at 40 degrees for 2 days. Gelatin fined yesterday also at 40 degrees. Today took a look to see clarity and the air lock is bubbling away like it's started fermentation again, and...

It never really got weird enough for me.

"Drug Sales must be controlled. My first act as Sheriff will be to install, on the courthouse lawn, a bastinado platform and a set of stocks in order to punish dishonest dope dealers in a proper public fashion. Each year these dealers cheat millions of people out of millions of dollars; it will...

Force Carbonation PSI, Serving PSI, Line length, compressor cycling, temperature sett

I did use the calculator afro-lou put up and it said I needed 10 foot of 3/16 just like screwybrewer suggested I took a pour and it looked real good.

    Chad's Keezer Build

Decided on blue line for CO2 because it looks cool and I don't want to mix it up with liquid lines. $100.00 got the liquid lines and hose clamps refilled the CO2 $100.00. Done deal.

Jonnyrotten, Yea I'm definitely over thinking it, but it comes with the territory for me. I just don't want to burn out the compressor with over cycling. I'm going to look into those flow control taps you speak of. Thanks.

Force Carbonation PSI, Serving PSI, Line length, compressor cycling, temperature sett

Afro_lou, Thanks man. I got a Docooler[emoji768] Digital Temperature Controller Thermocouple with Sensor (-58~194°F) 10A 110V from Amazon. I like the idea of 12 PSI and then letting 'em rip. Any ideas on the line length in that situation? Here's the build thus far if more information is...

Force Carbonation PSI, Serving PSI, Line length, compressor cycling, temperature sett

I just built a Keezer and I am trying to determine line length. Previously I had a pick-neck spout that I had 5 feet and I used around 10 PSI at 38 degrees, but it had more head than I liked even when turning the pressure down to serve. I have read 10 ft but I also read to use this equation...

    Chad's Keezer Build

My kegerator took a dive on me so I decided to build a Keezer. Here's my build thus far. Found this 2010 10 cubic foot frigidaire for $50.00 on Facebook Market. Heck yea! Started off by slapping a 2 X 10 collar on this puppy about $20.00 bucks from lows. locktite construction glue and...
