    what i'm talking about is an emersion type chiller,where water from your sink flows though the tubing,not the wort ! suprised you didnt pick up on that beings i mentioned the things seem to cool from on the outside edges, and yes these thing are flawed .     Thinking about transfuring the wort from the secondary formentor into the bottling bucket with the primer but i'am not ready to bottle right away you know i still need to clean bottles. could i let it sit in the bottling bucket for a couple day ?

    oh yeah one other thing, the brew book i've got suggest primming to a bottling bucket befor bottling ,cant the primer be added to the bottles instead ? it just seems as if what little action by the flow of the beer into the bucket would be enough to mix all that well.
