The "perfect water on earth" is just a marketing statement IMO. As for brewing with it:
Extract - meh, may not make any significance, I prefer tap or distilled.
AG - do you have a copy of mineral contents? Depending on that it may not be ideal for AG.
Anyone ever use this combo? I've heard GP on its own is malty.
I'm planning on doing an IPA w/ 90% GP and 10% Munich - just for a little color and that bready flavor it has.

Hey guys, did my 2nd AG a month ago and I'm lacking flavor, both in malt and hops. My recipe was as follows
10# 2 row
1# honey malt
1/2# carapils
.5oz Citra FWH
.5oz Citra 15 min
1oz Citra whirlpool
2 oz Citra dry hop 7 days
1 oz Amarillo dry hop 7 days
1056 yeast
I had only 60% efficiency...
