So when I already have a brew pot without a stand what do I get? I just need a propane burner, not a pot.

Alright, so for my first brew, we had a little trouble bringing the water to a boil. We had an electric stove and it took forever, so we're going to look for a propane burner. My question: What kind? Is there a standard brewing burner that the newbies use?
