Anyone in Miami or South Florida?!?!?

Nice try, John, but things are anything but sparse down here in Miami. I do, however, agree with almost everything else you have said. BTW, I sent you a customer the other day.

I know I'm breaking my promise not to promote the shop, but so much has changed since we moved that I thought you might like to know what we have. The new shop is twice the size of the old one and we are now carrying a lot of new items. In addition to six types of extract, fifteen specialty...

Thanks for the comment. My prior promise prevents me from saying anything further about the shop, but we definitely appreciate your support.

    Greetings from South Florida

That sounds about right. I might have gone a little darker on the extract, but that's just me. A mixture of Crystal and Chocolate malt might also work. My first Homebrew Setup / South Florida

I said this in an earlier reply and will say it again. We are open for business. I kind of resent the original posted calling us shady without even bothering to pick up the phone and giving us a call. Thanks, Johnny, for jumping in there for us.

Sorry you missed us. We were only open Saturdays at the time you probably came by. The telephone number on the website is a cell and one of us usually answers or will return messages within a few minutes. We are now open Tues-Sat 10 to 4, and have FREE classes every Saturday at 11. If you feel...

I want to add a second primary into the mix ideas??

It absolutely is an art, but there are a few science things that come in handy. For example, there's a thing called Boyle's Law that states as the volume containing a gas decreases, the pressure and temperature increase. This is why you want to do primary in a bucket and secondary in a carboy...
