    Keggin'???

Hahaha.... I actually bought these for a couple of my friends last Christmas. One of them uses it at every baseball game he goes to!

    Keggin'???

I too have been debating getting into kegging, but haven't pulled the trigger yet because I also been considering moving up to an all grain setup. I've been looking around at kegging supplies quite a bit though because I think it'd be great to have draught beer at my house! A friend recently...

    Clear beer!

I've had a couple different extract batches clear up significantly while sitting in the keg. One batch in particular, I had about 2 gallons left that sat there for about 5-6 weeks and it became very clear, lost all haze that had been there previously - that was actually a Rogue Brutal IPA clone.

Untitled IPA- The Process and Product

Looking at pictures like this make me want to begin migrating to an all grain setup.

    First AG brew!

That looks great! I've still only done extract batches on the stove... getting the urge to try all grain, but I've been very happy with most of the extract batches that I've done so far, so I haven't had a real reason to switch.

Munich Helles Dead Guy Clone (Extract & AG- see note)

Which do you recommend? The Safale Yeast or Wyeast Pacman? I know Rogue uses Pacman in most of their ales, but do you see a difference in either?

    Rogue Dead Guy Ale Clone

Hey damdaman - how'd that recipe turn out? Its a year and a half later now, but do remember?

Classic Style Smoked Beer Rogue Smoke Ale Clone

Have you brewed this recently? Have you tried brewing this beer but using Wyeast Pacman yeast during fermentation (since that what Rogue uses)? I love Rogue Ales and just saw this post, hoping the user who write it is still active.
