    I have to agree. If they were really going to try and test this theory of mash pH, they should have brewed something like a kolsch or a lager. If anywhere it would be relevant, it would be in those.

    The carb stone could technically go on the sampling valve port, the racking port, even the temp probe port with a simple 3-way triclamp manifold. Just saying.
