    Thanks you for responding. The recipe said it should be 75% efficiency, i am not sure what i am getting. So i should strike to get the mash to 150 degrees, and then batch sparge with hotter water to get it up to 170 degrees? i was thinking about letting the sparge water sit for an hour...
