Just saw this thread and thought I would post my recipe that I just recently made. It's lagering now, but the taste test before lagering certainly tasted quite similar to BL. I'm not an expert and this is my first try, so hope it helps.
Just me and my dog typically. Sometimes I will have a friend or family member around. I have tried to get more of my friends involved with the brewing, but most of them just aren't interested. They do enjoy the beer though.
Where are you located? If you are in the Denver area then you can hit up Stomp Them Grapes off I-70 and Pecos. They are the Denver location for Hop To It! They are amazing there and have a great selection of fresh ingredients.
You can brush milk on the back of the paper and apply them to the bottle. When the milk dries it makes a great glue for the label and washes off with very little effort allowing you to reuse the bottle without much work.
Glue sticks work as well.
I'm in Lakewood, near Golden. Foothills basically.
I get by with the 1-bedroom apartment. Using a turkey fryer that I got for Christmas on my patio helps, though on really cold days it makes it a pain.
Have been browsing the forums for a while now and finally decided to make a post.
I have been brewing for just over a year now and am loving every bit of it. Just need more space to do it lol. A 1-bedroom apartment is just a tad too small for all the equipment.
Will be brewing...
