    Scoby Hotel, is this normal stuff at the bottom.

    Thanks for the quick response. I have several in there right now because I am doing several secondary ferments right now in my other jars right now for flavorings. Just needed a non flavored place to keep them for a few days. Thanks again.

    Hi all, Just wanted to get a second opinion. Do you guys think this stuff at the bottom of my scoby hotel is normal. It look like little tents that are being held up by little CO2 bubbles. Have a look please.
