Fermenting a batch as we speak. I found out I can have this ferment in the basement. Third day in the container, second day seeing the yeast go nuts inside. I've got high expectations! :)

edit. Might actually have to wait until October.. WLP011 works between 20–23°C (68–73,4 F) and as I'm fermenging inside my apartment, it won't be cold enough until the Autumn comes. :D
