Hi all,
My day job is working IT in the Louisiana oil industry. Before that I was an auditor. I'm also a church organist. You might say I like to dabble in lots of things.
Brand spanking new to the homebrew scene and right now I'm trying to get all the gear together for a basic extract brew.
Favorite brews are Guiness, Bass and anything that says Sam Adams. Worst 'beer' ever ... Natural Light and Milwaukee's Best.
Favorite organists ... Louis Vierne and J.S. Bach.
