I'm a manufacturing engineer for a pharmaceutical bottle company in St Louis. I've always wanted to brew my own beer, but do to lack of time and space I've never really started, but after seeing a friend make such a wonderful APA, I knew I had to make do with what I had available. I purchased a beginner's brew kit at the LHBS and snagged a couple 5 gal carboys from some family members and the rest is history.
