    Bottle condition after cold crash?

    You're definitely right. As long as you let the beer have a couple days to return to fermentation temp. The yeast will wake back up and look for those newly addrd sugars. Otherwise, carbonating lagers in 16th-19th century Europe wouldn't have worked.
