    It was slightly yeasty at the front and a good brown ale finish. I had a glass out of the bottling bucket last week and it was great, so I'm expecting great things from this batch. I'm sure the flavor will turn around in a few weeks.

    Popped the cap on a bottle tonight. They've been carbonating for a week. I wanted to see how carbonation was going. Happy to report they're carbonating perfectly. Figure about there more weeks then in the fridge for a week. I am stoked and planning my honey wheat for March!

    NewB Amber Ale

    Have my first brew in the fermenter, an amber I'm calling NewB Amber Ale. Brew went smooth and the wife came home and said, "Is that your beer. That's an interesting smell."
