Got home last night. All the beer made it back unscathed (okay, well not all of it...some were sacrificed to the vacation gods). Thanks to all of you from the great Northwest.....lots of good suggestions made for a good "beer" trip.

Congrats on the order.....I just got my basic brew kit from MoreBeer yesterday. I only live an hour away from their place so it only took two days to get here. But, gotta wait for my broken arm to heal up before I start my brew.....DRATS...keep us posted, your kit looks awesome.

I was in Folsom last weekend and found Folsom Brewmiester on Riley St in old town. Not a very big shop, but nice people.

Just joined up, I'm really looking forward to learning alot here, from what I've read, it seems like there is a ton of knowledge! Haven't tried brewing yet, but hoping too soon, still gathering up supplies and finishing "honey do's" before I can get a free day.
