I am putting a non carbonated beverage in aluminum cans. I dose with nitrogen, and seam the cans. Question is can I Pasteurize these cans in a bath pasteurizer to act as a way to preserve the product? , or will the can get soft. I know that carbonated beverage retain their pressure in the cans...
