would it be worthy to buy water like spring water insted of using water from the tap...i finished my first brew last week wich i used tap water for and it tasted not bad,,i thought of boiling the water but it would take a long time as i only have a 1litre kettle and heard that boiled water does...

when start to bottle my beer do i empty the airlock first? i ask this cause 2day i started to bottle my beer with the air lock full and after my first fill the airlock was empty and i assuming it went in to the beer..would that be bad? cheers....dan

hey...i want to make a beer like carlton draught/cold etc,most beers like that need to be fermented below 20*c and 10-15*c if possable..how could i do that....i have just botteld my first beer and the fermenter temp was 24*c
