That might be. It seems that one of my beers has that taste. The other seems fine. The beer that has the taste is a keg that's almost empty. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Thank god I don't have this problem very often.
I just filled my tank today, hooked my 2 kegs up and took a pull. Man, What a strong medicine or metallic taste. This seems to happen also when I take the first pull or two of the day. Any ideas?
I'm wondering how far you guys drive to your job. I'm looking to buy a house that about 55 minutes away from my wifes work. I'm a rep on the road so it really doesn't matter that much. It's farther away from my territory though, but I like the house. I know the gas is gonna suck.
I brewed a batch a couple of weeks ago. I've been so busy, that I haven't racked it to a carboy.Most of the time I use the 1-2-3 method. Should I rack it now to a secondary or can I move it straight to the keg? Also Should I also wait another week or can I rack it now to the keg?
Been to Martha's a few times. It's ok. Not much there. Mostly casual dining resturaunts. Hooters, Margarita's etc..To bad you could'nt take an evening and go to Boston. Your about 40 minutes away...

I see in pic's a bunch of you guys don't seem to cool your fermentation process. You just leave them out, and in the light. It's my first batch in the primary and i have it in a water bath, in the dark, checking the temp 3 or 4 times a day...
