    first batch was worth the wait...

    If you want to save a little more time get one of the filters that actually screw onto your faucet. It does the same thing but you dont have to wait for the water to filter through the pitcher. Instant gratification is the best kind.

    This may be interesting

    I just bottled a batch of edworts bavarian hefe, and I was thinking of doing the same thing. I know the finished product will be cloudy, but I think that the bananna and clove tones will be awesome in a cider.

    I feel for ya, we have a large mormon population here in Idaho as well. Thankfully the laws are not nearly that bad here, but the influence from the church is definetly there. At least you have found the way to free yourself from the laws of the church. Keep on brewing!!!!!!!:rockin:
