I put together a 5 gallon batch of cider follwing this recipe and procedure http://brulosophy.com/2018/01/25/bru-it-yourself-cranberry-ginger-hard-cider/

I got a carb cap recently to make seltzer but I tried connecting the gas line from my co2 to it but it wouldn't fully depress. Just to check, I also tried it on an empty keg I had. Same thing.

I am making my first cider using pasteurized apples cider from a local orchard. It is currently in the fermenter about 4 days. I now realized that I didn't add sugar.
What should I do? Just let it go? Or try to add brown sugar now?
