I've got a Two hearted batch waiting to dry hop; Its been in primary for two and a half weeks... BUT, we're leaving for vacation in the morning and will be gone for 8 days! Should I: A) dry hop before I leave (8 day DH?) B) dry hop once I return? Thanks!

OG was 1.055 and yes there is a temp probe attached to fermentor. I just wanted some validation that I wasn't going crazy as its been a little over a year since I've brewed! I think I'm good! :mug:
