    Baking soda, baking soda. Fill the thing up with hot water and then put in a cup or so of baking soda, let it sit for a night. If you still have a hint of odor remaining, repeat, and it should be juts perfect.

    Is there any reason to worry about beer bombs, even when leaving the capped bottles out of the fridge? I'm a newbie, and I'll soon be bottling much more than my fridge can hold. I just want to make sure that if I store them for some time (few months) out of the fridge, I need not worry about...

    Ditto. There's a couple numbers listed on the website, a 1800 number and a 631 area code (NY). I'll call the 1800 tomorrow afternoon to see if the line is still connected and who answers it. Being that 800 numbers are relatively expensive to run, I imagine that even it just connecting...

    So how much did all that cost you? With shipping, that must be 800-1k dollars worth of grain and hops and the such.

    Those prices are AMAZING. Honestly though, I don't see how they could operate at that level though. I did a quick google and couldn't find anything referencing them, other than a location by the same name over in AU.

    Strawberry Blonde chick beer.

    That sounds delishious! How big of a wort did you use for those directions? Right now I'm brewing out of a 5gal pot + stove, but I'm guessing those are written for a 5 or 10gal on propane.
