    You could put it in some distilled water and see if you get around 1.000.

    How do you store your bottles?

    I use milk crates. I have 3 crates, and can fit 24 bottles (12 oz) in one crate. They are easy to find on ebay. I would suggest making sure they are the thick plastic kind, not the flimsy crap.

    24oz used bottles

    I prefer the larger bottles. Fewer to clean, sanitize, and cap. I've reused them many times without issue. Besides, who really considers 12oz an satisfactory serving size?
