I bottled and placed my beer in the garage. I was afraid that it might explode in the house and that is the reason for using the garage.
My garage is cool and I am hoping that the carbonation period will be somewhat longer which is no big problem.

I used corn sugar in my batch of beer to ferment it. I am ready to bottle it and am wondering if I should use corn sugar or regular granulated sugar.
I was going to try dissolving the sugar in some water but have changed my mind as this is my first batch.

The kit recipe I am following says to add '2 level teaspoons of sugar to a 2 litre bottle'.
If I want stronger beer, do I add more sugar and how much or will it be too sweet? Am I better off adding corn sugar rather than granulated sugar?
