- Brewing seriously for 1 year now. Extract only, but recently in transition to all-grain brewing having been fairly succesful w/ brewing a range of different ale styles. Planning to incorporate BIAB into the tool box for 2.5 gal recipe development and specialty brews. Ss Brewtech buckets w/ temp control (3.5 & 7 gal); Ss Brewtech SVBS.
