So just had my first day on the V3 15 gallon kettles and man they are nice! Spike brewing nailed the V3 kettles.

I was thinking maybe a conical fermentor. I do not have a ferm chamber yet.

I never had to wait more then a day if that for a response from Spike Brewing. I got my 2-15 gal kettles and they arrived in 3 days after ordering. I had a lid that got damaged during shipping and they shipped a new one out the next day! They are very nice kettles and will be buying more down...

I just got my TOP and wanted to find a longer temp probe that would work with the unit. Id like to add it to the mash tun so I can see the current temp vs having it in a 3 way valve. Any ideas? Thanks!
