So crazy that you are doing that. I am doing the exact same thing this summer except I am coming from TX and only traveling 9 hours all in a day. I was going to end up asking the same question as my trip is in 3 weeks. Where are you headed?

Hard Head, do you go all grain or partial mash. We are partial mash at the moment but I am looking into the equipment to do full grain.

Hector, It sounds like you need to remove your beer from the fermenting container into a bottling bucket and add corn sugar into it then bottle your beer and wait 2 or 3 weeks after doing so. If it still tastes bad then you may have an infection. You have never given your beer a chance to...

First post. Glad I stumbled onto the forum. Just bottled an oatmeal raisin stout and a brown porter on Saturday. Planning on getting 2 or 3 more batches started either this weekend or next. A graff and cream ale are for sures but haven't decided on the 3rd yet. I'm open to suggestions
