The instructions say to transfer to secondary fermentor after 5 days. I’ve read that a lot of people skip this stage and just leave it in their primary until their ready to bottle.

I‘m in the process of doing a west coast IPA by festa brew. It’s fermenting in the second stage right now and the instructions say to let site for 7-10 days before bottling. I’m currently on day 10 and there’s still some activity in the airlock.
