Has anyone ever fermented in one of these? Or, does anyone see anything wrong with fermenting in one of these? They are food grade HDPE, I do not know what the O2 permeability is but they are used for shipping food products like agave and berries, etc...

P-J, I checked out those switches and they are rated for 15A at 240v and 25A at 120V. Will that suffice? I was thinking that the full amperage draw from the 240v element will be passing through the switch. - thanks for the help by the way!
