I just put on a ~14 # packer. This thing had a lot of fat on it, I bet I trimmed at least 2 pounds of fat off. I hope it turns out ok. Not very often but you can get one that’s not good.

Played a one man scramble tournament a couple of summers ago with about 15 buddies. It was brutal with temps around 100 and drinking all day. I was wore out, but it was a lot of fun. Play on golf friends!

That cake would cost around a million dollars today. I hope there was a a lot of people at the wedding. A friends daughter is getting married in Georgia next month. I think he said it’s about 25 grand.

I did a 15.5 pound prime rib last night on my pellet smoker for friends and family. That will feed a lot of people.
