Yea you could definitely do that but like I said I never get any trub and it fits perfect on the counter or in a corner somewhere

Nope no leakage or any problem so far I would recommend them to anyone and I bottle straight out of mine 2.5 gallons at as time

The trub on mine always sits below the spigot don't have any that has came out in my brew yet

Demon brew has conical fermentor that's what is use 75.00 bucks for the kit works well 2.5 gallon

Well on hearing that I will probably search for another wheat style. Thanks for the info I have only brewed once and it was a kit so I want to do a all grain this round

Sure thing I really like most wheat beers myself so just gotta make up my mind .... Hard thing to do I drank some of my IPA ( my first brew ever) pleased with how it turned out just can't say I am a major fan of the little aftertaste it has overall smooth beer tho ;-)

Well I bottled and it has been almost a week ! Bottles ate nice and firm think I am gonna put then in the fridge to condition I did crack one open and try it..... Fairly proud of my first batch hopefully it gets even better with the month or so in the fridge ;-) thanks for the advice on here...
