Peroni is a pretty good italian beer. Just dont get Peroni Nastro Azzuro, that stuff tastes like Panther piss. Get the Regular Peroni.

What size fridge would a Fridge hafta be to fit a 5 gallon carboy or bucket fermenter? i wanna make a lager!

I heard a lot of bikers who stick to harley style "Chopper" bikes hate crotch rockets. Is this true? I think they just hate them because they know that a high-displacement racing bike would likely smoke one of their hogs very easily.

I've been brewing an ale using This Recipe. I didnt use a Yeast starter, so the Yeast in my Smack pack took a few days to start the airlock bubbling. The Recipe says 5-7 days in the Primary fermenter. if i dont subtract the 3 days before the airlock started bubbling, that adds up to 7...
