i have been brewing for a little while, doing mostly extracts. working on a three tier'd gravity fed brewing system at the moment. made of three stainless steel pots heated using 2 old 2.2kw kettle elements each, a whole lot of copper pipe and a massive hard ply wood frame.
as soon as that projects sorted, i'm onto all grain batches at about 5 gallons.
