    I made a cyser, and it turned out fine. Granted, it needed a long waiting period as per usual, but the blend was fine. I believe the OHF sells juice made from "juicing" apples.

    Oregon Heritage Farm is south of Hillsboro and treated me well last year. They have honey, too.
