    The Power Of Brewing

    I spoke with a couple co-workers who live in the city. After they told me how many guns and ammo they kept in their homes for protection through the riots I thought I was watching The Purge Anarchy. We're. Still riotless in Boston. I'm sure we're next.

    National Hombrew Day!!!

    Officially National Homebrew Day. Congrats all. Brewing a simple ESB. Just racked an Extra Pale Ale to free up a carboy. Going to be a great weekend.

    Who's smoking meat this weekend?

    Just smoked a 7 pound bird. Brine overnight, injections of cranberry, brown sugar, melted butter and a custom chicken rub. 2.5 hours at 275, apple chips and cranberry juice in the drip tray. Wife told me a new brew would go well with the chicken. Time to brew another.
