I'm interested in brewing a fruit lambic and was wondering how to do it. I've read an article where someone put some brett beer in after fermentation to infect it. Would this work with Lindemanns framboise?
I'm planning a little run of some pales and ipa and I'm gonna try adding the new wort to the previous yeast cake. Any tips or suggestions for this method?

I just finished another batch of Peanut Butter Cup Stout and just got my new stout faucet. I got it carving now with just co2. I'm planning on getting some nitro mix this weekend. Can i force carb with beer gas? Ive heard the nitro won't absorb into the beer. And what kinda pressure should i be...
The family just upgraded to a bigger above ground pool and I'm looking to heat it. Does anyone think filling my keggle and boiling water with my wort chiller in it and pumping the pool water thru it would be an on idea?
