It's gone fine. I've only tried it with no chiller, so I'm not sure how the beer would turn out otherwise.

I'm in West Sac too and just put in some Cascade. Wasn't planning on it, but picked up a rhizome that MoreBeer had on clearance. Talked to some folks at the LHBS and they said hops grow like weeds in Sac.

Is this sold yet?
