    Currently I do not lager. So my fermentation is about 2 weeks. Most of my beers last about 3 months or so. I have thought about lagering so fermentation temperature control should be at the top of my list. Thanks for the reply.

    Thanks for the compliment. It was a lot of fun to build; especially figuring out how make finger joints for the corners. It sounds like from the all the comments I need to concentrate on fermentation temp and boiling.
